The Process

  • Place your order online and complete the checkout process, indicating your desired pick up time.
  • You will receive an email with your Order #. Save this for reference when you arrive.
  • Monitor your Order History page to see the current status of your order. It will let you know when we start picking and when it is ready for pickup.
  • We will call when your order has been picked. If there are product substitutions, we will go over these at this time.

When You Arrive

  • Call us! Choose option 2 for Customer Service and tell them you are outside ready for your order.
  • If Curbside Service has been requested, and payment still required, we will collect payment over the phone, or if you prefer, we will walk out to your car to do so.
  • We will place your order in your car.

Keep In Mind

  • With the current demand on many products, inventory levels are difficult to predict. We will do our best to provide accurate inventory and get you the products your family needs, but nothing is guaranteed.

Return Policy

  • A form of personal identification may be required.
  • All returns and exchanges must contain original packaging.
  • If a check was written for the original purchase, 14 business days may be required before a refund will be issued.
  • No cash back on purchases made with a DDM Gift Card or DDM Store Credit Card.
  • Gift receipts – Refunds will be given as a DDM Store Credit Card.
  • We cannot accept returns on magazines, books, music, alcohol, trading cards, baby formula, WIC, Amusement Park, Phone Cards or any Gift Cards.
  • All Returns must be within 90 days of original purchase date or up until the Holiday or Season that is seasonally unique merchandise, whichever comes first.
  • Discounts & Promotions – Refund value for each item will be reduced to reflect the value of any free gift or discount.
    Returns with a receipt-

    • Returns made with a Discount Drug Mart Receipt dated within 90 days will be accepted for a full refund or exchange.
    • Home Health Care purchases must be returned within 7 days.
  • Returns without a receipt-
    • Will be issued at the lowest sell price within the last 6 months on a DDM Store Credit Card.
    • Returns over $50 will be issued through the Corporate Office.
  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse a refund.
