Medicare B: Medical

Medicare B covers certain procedures and surgeries, medical supplies, some outpatient care and preventative services.

Medicare C: Advantage Plan

Medicare C is a private insurance that is an option for supplemental coverage. Most Advantage plans provide you with all of your Medicare A and B benefits. Some also include Medicare D coverage as well.

Medicare D: Prescription

Medicare D is prescription coverage. Medicare does not cover prescription costs so you must join a private insurance carrier to receive prescription coverage. Many Medicare Advantage plans include prescription coverage.
