Air Show Contest Rules

No purchase necessary to enter. Void where prohibited. By entering this contest, an entrant indicates agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

THE SWEEPSTAKES: From August 12-16, 2024 Discount Drug Mart and the Cleveland National Air Show will promote by means of the Discount Drug Mart Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/discountdrugmart) the opportunity to submit entries to win one (1) grand prize as detailed below.

GRAND PRIZE: One Grand Prize Winner will receive four (4) Flight Deck Loge tickets which includes up-close seating in an exclusive viewing area, access to Buffet Luncheon, unlimited soft drinks/water and one (1) parking pass. Winner will be able to choose one (1) date to utilize the Grand Prize between August 31, September 1, or September 2. There are no other prizes.

The Grand Prize is non-transferable. No cash or other substitutions of prizes by winner.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the contest, one must be following the Discount Drug Mart, Inc. Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/discountdrugmart), and enter their email address via the form seen on the Facebook ad posted on August 12, 2024. Doing so may subscribe contest entrants to future email communications from Discount Drug Mart.

ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open to legal residents of Ohio who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Discount Drug Mart, Inc. (including its subsidiaries) and members of an employee’s immediate family (spouse, parent, sibling, or child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside); persons living in the same household of such employees, whether or not related; and employees of Discount Drug Mart, Inc.’s partners, affiliates, and advertising agencies are not eligible to enter or win this contest. Void where prohibited by law. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Eligibility of entries will be at the sole discretion of Discount Drug Mart, Inc. for any reason, though specific reasons for disqualification may include use of inappropriate language or visuals. Entries generated by script, macro, mechanical, or other automated means are void.

RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held on 8/19/24 from all eligible entries received and combined throughout the period of 8/12/2024, until 8/16/2024. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the period.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Discount Drug Mart, Inc. will notify winners by Private Message on Facebook and/or via Email within one (1) business day of the 8/19/2024 drawing. If winner does not reply within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving this message, the prize is forfeited and a new winner will be selected using the same process as was used to identify the original potential winner minus that original winning entry. The prize will be distributed within five (5) business days from the day Discount Drug Mart, Inc. receives the winner’s response to the prize notification. By entering this drawing, participants agree that any drawing information sent to Discount Drug Mart, Inc. becomes the property of Discount Drug Mart, Inc. and may be used for whatever purpose Discount Drug Mart, Inc. chooses including, but not limited to posting and publishing. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Discount Drug Mart, Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest. Participants agree to be bound by these rules. By entering this contest, an entrant agrees to subscribe and opt-in to receive future promotional emails from Discount Drug Mart, Inc. Winner may be subject to IRS government reporting. Winner may not request substitutions of prizes. Winners is solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees, and all such additional costs that may be incurred. Winner, by acceptance of any prize, agrees to release Discount Drug Mart, Inc., Discount Drug Mart, Inc.’s sponsors, and the employees of Discount Drug Mart, Inc. from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of any prize or while traveling to and from a location to obtain or use any prize. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority. Discount Drug Mart, Inc. make no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any prize including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Discount Drug Mart, Inc. is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by Discount Drug Mart, Inc., the user, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this contest or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this contest and which may limit a participant’s ability to participate in this contest. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. Any person who supplies false information, enters by fraudulent means, or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these official rules in an attempt to obtain any prize will forfeit the prize won and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

You will never be asked to provide credit card details to complete your entry. Please do NOT give any personal details to anyone, and use extra caution when browsing the Facebook platform.
