Do you get confused about the different types of perfume available?

Knowing the difference between Eau de Parfum (EDP) and Eau de Toilette (EDT) can be tricky.

Strongest to Weakest

• Eau de Parfum – The richest and longest lasting product of fragrance line with 20-40% aromatic compounds, making it the most expensive.
• Parfum (French for “perfume” darling) – Contains between 10-30% aromatic compounds.
• Eau de Toilette – Perfume solution with a 3-8% aromatic compound in an oil and water base.
• Eau de Colonge – A citrusy, light perfume with a typical concentration of about 2-5% aromatic compounds.

Are there any differences between Women’s perfume & Men’s Cologne?

Yes

Men’s cologne is not simply perfume for men – it’s actually formulated and created specifically for men. The biggest difference between regular perfume and cologne is the amount of oil contained in the fragrance. Pure oils and perfumes made with higher concentration of essential oils (unlike men’s cologne) last longer than perfumes diluted with alcohol or water. The lower the concentration of fillers involved, the longer the fragrance lasts.
