We are working diligently to ensure our guests and team members are as safe as possible. While shopping our stores you will see:

  • Frequent hand washing with soap and water and/or hand sanitizer.
  • Regularly scheduled sanitizing and disinfecting of all high-touch surfaces.
  • Social Distancing set-up and signage throughout our Stores including all points of sale.

  • The MetroHealth Walk-In clinics at our Independence and Parma Heights locations have reopened. All other clinics remain closed at this time.

    • All clinicians will be wearing masks.
    • All patients are required to wear a mask. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided.
    • Covid-19 testing is not available and patients experiencing respiratory symptoms will be immediately redirected to the appropriate MetroHealth facility.

Senior and Immune Compromised Hour 9am – 10am Daily:To allow the most susceptible customers in our communities the ability to shop in less busy environments, from 9am-10am each day will be reserved for the elderly, those who are immune-compromised and at high risk. We ask customers to respect this hour and reserve it for those who are in need.
