Each Online Account that is created must be linked to a valid Courtesy Plus Card.

If you create an Online Account prior to obtaining a physical Courtesy Plus Card our website generates a Virtual Courtesy Plus Card for you. A Virtual Courtesy Plus Card works like a physical Courtesy Plus Card except that a physical card does not exist. A Virtual Courtesy Plus Card can be used in our stores with your phone number with one exception, it is not valid for video and game rentals until your contact information is verified with a photo id at one of our stores.

If you create an Online Account after obtaining a physical Courtesy Plus Card our website attempts to link your Courtesy Plus Card to your Online Account. If it is unable to verify your identity, we ask that you visit one of our stores before continuing the sign up process.

Each physical or virtual Courtesy Plus Card holder is responsible for any use of that card. This includes but is not limited to: personal checks, video rentals, Home Health Care rentals, Courtesy Rewards and the costs and/or fees related to these items.

It is possible to have a physical Courtesy Plus Card without having an Online Account. It is not possible to have a Virtual Courtesy Plus Card without having an Online Account.

By creating an Online Account you acknowledge that anyone possessing your username and password will be able to view personal information from the Courtesy Plus Card linked to the Online Account. As well as any prescription numbers associated with the Auto Prefill and Refill Reminders setup within the Online Account. Also, all emails related to this Online Account will be sent to the address associated with it. Anyone with access to your account may update your email address in the Edit Info section once logged in.
